With the disappearance of Janine, in 1993, the granddaughter of Jacques and Janine, Eug\u00e9nie, daughter of Mich\u00e8le Pr\u00e9vert (daughter of Jacques and Janine, known as Minette, deceased in 1986) and of Hugues Bachelot, is the unique heiress of the Jacques Pr\u00e9vert succession and, as such, only holder of the moral right.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_373\" style=\"width: 560px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-373\" class=\"size-full wp-image-373   \" title=\"Michele-1\" src=\"https:\/\/jacquesprevert.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Michele-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jacquesprevert.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Michele-1.jpg 550w, https:\/\/jacquesprevert.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Michele-1-300x217.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-373\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mich\u00e8le Pr\u00e9vert, dite Minette, Antibes, octobre 1968 &#8211; Collection priv\u00e9e Jacques Pr\u00e9vert\/Photo DR<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Aged 19, Eug\u00e9nie then founds the Fatras society, a name which reminds the title of one of Jacques Pr\u00e9vert\u2019s anthologies. This EURL, of which she is the unique associate, is first managed by Eug\u00e9nie\u2019s father, then by both of them in joint management from 1997. In 2000, Eug\u00e9nie Bachelot Pr\u00e9vert becomes the only manager and appoints a team of two people, a jurist and an archivist-researcher, thus sharing the daily running between the management of the rights and that of the archives.<\/p>\n<p>Fatras has no lucrative purpose, the generated rights are reinvested into the management of the work and the upkeep of Jacques Pr\u00e9vert\u2019s flat which now accommodates the Fatras\u2019 premises, 6 bis Cit\u00e9 V\u00e9ron, in the 18th district of Paris. Eug\u00e9nie Bachelot Pr\u00e9vert has given up all her patrimonial rights on Jacques Pr\u00e9vert\u2019s works to the Fatras society, as well as her rights and obligations attached to all the contracts allowing the exploitation or management of the literary or artistic rights on the works.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When Jacques Pr\u00e9vert dies on April 11th, 1977, his wife Janine takes care of the management of his work.
